Happy Mothers Day
In Japan near Kyoto there is old temple -- Adashino Nenbutsu-ji. According to one modern traveler, ".... a large stone pagoda is surrounded by thousands of the statues [of Buddhas] solemnly arranged in rows with the trees and mountains providing a picturesque backdrop."
