Groucho Marx  (October 2, 1890 to  August 19, 1977) was a funny American writer and quick-witted television host and movie actor. He and his siblings are stars in an firmament of American comedy. He was born in New York City and died in Los Angeles, an American arc. He was also concerned about the prejudice against black furred pets and their subsequent lower rate of adoption. He said--

If a black cat crosses your path, it means he is going someplace.
