Arthur Rackham (September 19, 1867 to September 6, 1939) the British illustrator, is famous for his whimsy, delicate drawings, and fairy tale themes. Poor Cecco (1925) is one such story, by Marjory Bianco, who also wrote the Velveteen Rabbit (1922).
