November 30, 1933

Jeanloup Sieff (November 30, 1933 to September 20, 2000) was a child in Paris during World War II. Afterwards he studied more systematically photography and had a successful career in fashion photography, receiving prizes on both sides of the Atlantic.

Here is a photo of Sieff at his Paris apartment, on Rue Ampere. He is surrounded by three tabbies.
