June 19 1982
Richard Lockridge died on June 19, 1982. He and his wife Frances authored a number of popular mysteries in the middle of the 20th century, featured a couple called The Norths and their Siamese cats. Richard's autobiography, published shorted before his death is titled: One Lady, Two Cats.
