The last bohemians: the two Roberts, Colquhoun and MacBryde,( 2010), is a new book by Roger Bristow. It talks about both these artists, devoted to their art and each other. Robert Colquhoun (December 20, 1914 to September 20, 1962, is our interest now. This book,, according to the dust jacket, is the "First complete study of these two major Scottish painters, and the engrossing story of Bohemian London in the mid-twentieth century."
Robert Colquhoun's colour lithograph, Trinket Seller (1948) is at now at the Auckland Art Gallery , a, gift of Mr Rex Nan Kivell, in 1952.
