May 11, 1949

Emily Fragos (May 11, 1949) is a poet whose background includes study at La Sorbonne, in 1975, and a Master of Fine Arts, from Columbia University, 1996. The author of Little Savage (Grove Press, 2004) teaches poetry at New York University and Columbia.

And Fragos edited a book of poetry about cats: The Great Cat (2005). I am an expert in that field and I was impressed by the range and quality of the selections.
