March 31, 1936

Marge Piercy (March 31, 1936) is a prolific writer: her novels and poetry have a concern for social justice in common. Of the next pictured, The Washington Post says:

“No writer I know has so thoroughly explored the changing, despairing, frightening, and complicated world of a young college girl becoming a woman.” (1982). (shouldn't that be no "other" writer.)
